Would you referee more games if the game fees were higher?
No, I would do the same number of games I do now
20%
 20%  [ 1 ]
For an extra $5/game I'd do an extra few games a month
40%
 40%  [ 2 ]
For an extra $10/game I'd ref LOTS more than I do now!

Well then why didn't you select that in the poll? What fun is a poll if you don't vote? Personally for an extra $10 I would try to make myself a little more available. But even an extra $5 would be cool.
